Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.

Many items in our store are custom printed on demand and fulfilled by our partners at TeeLaunch and/or Printful, as appropriate. Therefore we do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges for these items unless there is a defect with the item. In the rare event that an item is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

Our Process
To complete a Replacement or Return/Refund of eligible items, please send the following information to info@sagesrst.com:

  1. Your name and email address
  2. Order number
  3. Whether you are requesting a Replacement or a Refund
  4. A picture of the incorrect / damaged item.
  5. A list of changes necessary to correct the order/issue a replacement order (e.g.,: color, size, style, etc.)

Once we receive this information, we will evaluate your request. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or print a replacement product and send it right back out to you!

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Replacement
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your replacement request, and let you know if a replacement was approved or not. If approved, we will replace the product(s) free of charge.

NOTE: We do not accept replacements for store items unless there is a defect with the item.


Returns/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return/refund request, and let you know if a request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
